This biennial award and exhibition organised by Gippsland Sculpture Exhibition Inc. is held in the small township of Yinnar for a six-week period from 9 March to 20 April 2025.
The exhibition will feature interior and external exhibits comprising approximately 120 overall.
There is over $20K in prizes which include:
- An Interior sculpture will be awarded $10,000 (This is an acquisitive prize)
- An exterior work will be awarded a $10,000 (this prize is not acquisitive).
The winners will be announced at the opening of the exhibition on Sunday 9 March 2025. If not in attendance at the launch, the winners will be notified by phone and email.
Peoples Choice (non-acquisitive) awards will be announced on the closing ceremony on Sunday 20 April 2025 from votes submitted by exhibition visitors.

EXHIBITION DETAILS AND CONDITIONS OF ENTRY
- There is a $44 entry fee per entry, and a $10 fee for additional entries.
- Entry is open to all artists over 18 years of age.
- Insurance, delivery, installation and removal and return of works is the responsibility of the artist, unless the item has been sold.
- Each entry may be accompanied by up to two digital images, please include the name of the entrant in the file name.
- All entries must be the original work of the entrant and available for sale.
- There shall be no discussion or correspondence entered into regarding the final selection of works.
- Sculptures must remain on display for the duration of the six- week exhibition.
- A selection panel will determine successful entries with artists notified by email.
- Selected works must be delivered in the period 28 Feb – and no later than Sunday 2nd March 2025
- Works will not be accepted at any other time unless prior arrangements have been made.
- Site/gallery, installation and general exhibition information will be emailed in due course.
- Artists of large, exterior works will be contacted to discuss position and installation.
- All entries selected for exhibition must be available for continuous display at the Gallery for the period of the exhibition. Gippsland Sculpture Exhibition Inc will take 33% of any sale based on the public indicated price which will be paid to the artist at the completion of the exhibition, unless negotiated otherwise.
- The judges decision on awards is final and no correspondence or discussion will be entered into.
- Gippsland Sculpture Exhibition Inc reserves the right to reproduce images of the exhibition pieces as individual and/or group images for archival, internal cataloguing, or advertising and promotion (both in print and electronic/social media)
- Members of the public have the right to photograph the exhibited works
- All personal information gathered on the entry form will be used only for the purposes of Gippsland Sculpture Exhibition and won't be shared with third parties.
- Images uploaded with your entry need to be high-res. If chosen for the exhibition, these images may be used to promote the exhibition.
